This Puerto Rican airport felt the growing pains early as its Federal Custom’s facility became over stressed to capacity. Mr. Paredes was hire to assist in creating immediate improvements and plan this expansion. Relief came from improving passenger circulation, adding new sterile circulations and hold rooms to support American Airlines recent new 9 gate expansion.
