A Comprehensive Master Plan was developed which included a new Landside Terminal, 15 Gate Airside Terminal, Cargo Development Area, and airfield expansion. As a Design Consultant and Airport Planner, Mr. Paredes served as part of the General Consultant Team to develop the initial feasibility study and the final design.
